Custom Orders will be closed beginning on 4/14/25 and re-open starting 5/12/25. We will still be accepting custom order inquiries for orders needed after May 12th. Please keep in mind we require a 2-week lead time on custom orders during High Season (May-October). Thank you & Happy Spring!

our baking philosophy

We believe quality, freshness, and taste are equally as important to the appearance and craftsmanship of our designs. We use only the best ingredients including organic, free-range eggs, real butter, pure vanilla, high quality gourmet chocolates and cocoa powders, fresh lemon juice & zest, berries and local organic seasonal produce. We do not create run of the mill, mass produced bakery cakes or cookies made with artificial ingredients, powdered mixes, and pre-made fillings. All of our items are hand-designed, baked from scratch and freshly made to order.

Our cakes vary greatly in price depending on several factors including: size, flavor options, and design details. They can range anywhere from $3.50 per serving for a basic cake up to $12 per serving or more for intricate, tiered wedding designs. We are happy to work within your budget and accommodate any request you may have. However, please understand you are commissioning us for a high-quality, one-of-a-kind, custom item.

custom order policy:

  • All Custom Orders require a minimum of a 1-week lead time/*2 weeks in High Season (May through October).
  • Lead time is defined as the span of time between payment in full to the date the cake is needed.
  • Please allow us 48 hours to respond to your initial inquiry.
  • Some designs require several emails to confirm all the details of an order. The invoice is generated and sent to the client only after all details have been confirmed. Please keep this in mind when determining the timeline for ordering your cake.
  • All order correspondence is handled via email. We will only arrange a phone call if it is absolutely necessary and only if the initial information of the order has been received via email. Custom orders should require no more than a total of 6 emails between us and the client. Should the correspondence exceed that number, a consultation fee, starting at $25, will be applied to the final invoice.
  • Orders are NOT confirmed until the invoice is paid.
  • More elaborate cakes may require additional lead time.
  • Cakes ordered outside of the lead-time (if accepted) will be subject to a rush fee starting at a minimum of $50.
  • Our standard delivery fee is $15. More elaborate, tiered & wedding cakes start at $50.
  • A 3.5% electronic transaction fee will be applied to your invoice for the processing of your payment.
  • Wedding Cakes require a $100 (Non-Refundable) Deposit to secure your date and should be booked 6 months in advance.

custom cake sizes

Custom cakes are available in several sizes with standard & deluxe flavor options. Gluten Free and Vegan Cakes are Available upon request. All of our custom cakes are constructed with 3-layers of cake & 2 layers of frosting with a plain exterior crumb coat. Due to this fact, our custom cakes are taller (6” or greater) than our celebration cakes, which are 2-layer (approx. 4” in height).

Our Goodness “Topped” Cakes are a popular and easy way to customize your cake. They include your choice of standard cake flavor & standard buttercream filling, a tinted smooth buttercream exterior, piped buttercream accents, chocolate/colored drip, sprinkles at base and edible toppings to fit your desired color scheme.
